1. register your return

Please use our Return Portal below to register your return. Your Order Number and E-Mail Address are needed. Please note the following requirements:

• The item is in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact
• The item has not been used, washed, or altered in any way
• The return is made within 14 days of delivery

2. REFUND OR EXCHANGE?

Refund to original payment method:
A shipping fee of €4.90 will be deducted from the refund amount. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided for customers in Germany.

Refund as store credit:
Receive an additional €5 store credit bonus when choosing a refund as store credit.

Exchange:
Exchanges are subject to a €4.90 shipping fee, payable by credit card. A shipping label will be created for the return shipment.

International returns (outside Germany):
Customers must arrange and pay for the return shipping themselves. Please use a trackable shipping method and keep the receipt until the return is processed.

3. Ship your items

After confirming, download your DHL return label. Print it or have it scanned directly at DHL. Please pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Send the package to the following address:
